ABOUT

I am an interdisciplinary artist based in Atlanta, Georgia. I extract found materials from the home and present them in unusual scenes, evoking feelings of uneasiness and agitation from objects typically associated with comfort and well-being. I view my art as a therapeutic tool for processing complicated memories and expressing difficult emotions of love, regret, guilt, anger, and nostalgia. I graduated with a BA in Studio Art from the University of Virginia in 2021 and was chosen for the Aunspaugh Fellowship at the UVA Department of Art between July 2021 and May 2022.
